A Statement of Accuracy:
A declaration that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Signature:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

If you believe that material removed from Blackhat was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
Your Contact Information: Full name and email address.
Identification of the Removed Material:
A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
A Statement of Good Faith:
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location (if outside the U.S., consent to jurisdiction in any U.S. district court where Blackhat is located).
Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
Blackhat reserves the right to terminate accounts or block users who are deemed to be repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and our internal policies.
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our content practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with the last updated date.
